Your Partners In China (YPIC):

Biographical Information
Director: Mr. Michael N. Darcy
An
Economics Graduate of Dublin University (Trinity
College) he was Chief Executive of a number of Finance
Leasing, and Investment Companies in Ireland. He was
also Chief Executive of an Overseas Bank. For the last
25 years he has been running his own Corporate
Consultancy business. Having first visited Hong Kong in
1983, he continues to identify opportunities in
China that benefit our clients.
Director: Mr. Seán O'Kiersey
A
graduate in economics/politics from Dublin University,
Trinity College, he is a widely experienced
sales/marketing/business development consultant with over 25
years export experience covering all aspects of export
development and in most industry sectors.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, he has worked, on four
Continents, in a total of 41 countries and has
concentrated exclusively on China since 2002.
Director: Mr. Sun Jianmin
Graduated in 1985 from Beijing Foreign Studies
University with BA degree and was employed by CITIC
(China International Trust & Investment Corporation)
whose chairman Mr. Rong Yiren was then Vice Chairman of
the National Peoples' Congress and afterwards the Vice
President of China. In 1987, he was invited and
sponsored by Paul Martin, the former Prime Minister of
Canada, for a training program in Montreal, Canada at
his company, the CSL group.

Has
key connections at the highest level in China
Construction Bank, China Unicom, China Mobile, Air
China, CAAC, CITIC, China Satcom, CAAC and other
governmental and corporate institutions.
Sourcing Partner: Mr. Wu Wei
Graduated from Nanjing University
in 2003 with a BA degree. The son of a local businessman, he
is based in Nanjing but travels extensively.
He has wide experience in sourcing products and services in China
and in coordinating exports to Europe, Australia and the USA.
Once briefed, he identifies potential suppliers by meeting them,
checking their operations, manufacturing processes, certification(s)
(e.g. ISO), and their status, be they private or State owned.
This brings the process to the stage where our clients visit China
(usually with one of the YPIC partners) and make the final decision
regarding the granting of orders. When an order is placed, Wu Wei
visits the factory during production and oversees the packing and
shipping personally.
